Pressure Washing in Princeton, TX
North Texas grime builds slow and then one day your driveway is gray-black and the north wall is green. We pressure wash concrete, brick, and stone, and soft-wash siding and fences at pressures that clean without carving lines into the surface. The before-and-after sells itself.
Great before listing a house, after a build, or when the HOA letter shows up.

Straight Answers
Will pressure washing damage my siding or wood fence?
Not the way we do it. High pressure is for concrete; siding and fences get low-pressure soft washing with the right detergent. Etched wand lines on a fence mean someone used the wrong setting — we don't.
Can you get oil stains off my driveway?
Fresh ones, mostly. Long-set oil soaks into concrete, so we pre-treat with degreaser and hot-rinse; expect major improvement, sometimes a shadow remains. We tell you the honest expectation before you book.
Do you bring your own water?
We use your outdoor spigot, which is standard for residential washing. Water cost for a typical driveway job is a couple of dollars. If your home has no working spigot, tell us and we'll plan around it.
